Asparagus With Goat Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound asparagus spears
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes

Directions:

  • Place asparagus in a shallow pan and coat lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Grill asparagus over medium heat directly on a greased grill rack for 4 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
  • Transfer asparagus to a serving platter and coat lightly with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle with goat cheese and sliced cherry tomatoes.
